Hello friends, today we will learn essays on the role of youth in nation building.

There are four major stages of human life – childhood, adolescence, adulthood and old age. In childhood, naivety and carelessness predominate. In adulthood the person becomes more sensible and starts to move with a sigh.

When the unity and integrity of our country is safe and the internal strength of the country increases. Our dream was to establish an independent India. That dream came true. But today we have created our own small India of this country.

Fifty years after independence, the question of national unity remains unresolved and is slowly taking on an even fiercer form. Somewhere due to languages, somewhere due to castes and sects, India is being divided into small groups. All thoughtful and patriotic people are worried and distressed by the traumas happening on the unity of India.

Prior to August 15, 1947, the main goal of the whole country was to achieve independence. To achieve this goal, from Kashmir to Kanyakumari and from Kutch to Assam, the whole country was united against the foreign rulers and jumped into the war of independence. The spirit of nationalism was prevalent in the hearts of all men and women of the country.

But with independence, this sense of nationalism narrowed for a number of reasons. At this time, there is a complete lack of this feeling in the country. The result is that people have started considering the state, caste, sect, religion etc. as greater than the nation.

The spirit of self-sacrifice for the welfare of the nation is almost gone. As a result, a storm of separatism is raging in different parts of the country.

Efforts should be made at the national level to solve the dire problems of this huge country. But due to the growing sense of provincialism or regionalism, there is a lack of national outlook and the unity of the country is in jeopardy.

Foreign powers are also promoting the separatist elements of the country in every possible way, due to which the problem of safeguarding national unity has arisen. Our country’s relations with neighboring countries are not only good, but also bitter.

They are also trying to disrupt our national unity, so that we cannot progress and develop independently.

Due to the efforts of our social reformers and as a result of the Industrial Revolution, caste discrimination was weakening in this country. But selfish leaders have rekindled the raging fire of racism to get votes. This has also created a threat to the unity of the country.

In addition, our country lacks such leaders. Which are nationally recognized. Who among the present leaders can match the likes of Mahatma Gandhi, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, Subhash Chandra Bose, Jaiprakash Narayan?

In place of nationwide political organizations in the country, regional leaders and regional parties are emerging, which undermines the spirit of national unity. The present political parties and leaders are engaged in creating crisis for the unity of the nation by promoting regionalism, communalism, ethnicity etc. to win the elections.

In order to protect the unity and integrity of the country, a sense of nationalism must be instilled in the hearts of the people. Hypocritical leaders and hypocritical social workers must be reprimanded. Fanaticism and regionalism must be redeemed. Ethnicity and linguistic discrimination must be eradicated.

Solutions to the country’s problems have to be found from the national point of view. We must always remember that we are Indians first, then Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs, Christians etc. Guys, please tell us how you felt about this essay by commenting on it.
